Inductle is operated by UNSEEN FORMS LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 14395660), registered office: 11 Duchy Road, Harrogate, North Yorkshire, HG1 2EZ. Contact: hi@perfectsharp.games.
Inductle is a daily crossword with a hidden rule, at inductle.games. It is in early access: while it is, it is open to PerfectSharp+ members only, and it may change a great deal, go some days without a new puzzle, or close. When it leaves early access it will be free to play. By playing Inductle you agree to these terms.
PerfectSharp+ is our membership. It covers every Perfect Sharp game, and it is sold on perfectsharp.games under the terms at perfectsharp.games/terms.php, which also cover your account, sign-in and the supporters list. Those terms apply here as well.
Inductle is suitable for all ages. PerfectSharp+ involves a payment, so you must be 18 or over to buy it, or have the permission of a parent or guardian who is. If you are under 13, please ask a parent or guardian before choosing a name that other players will see.
If you choose a name for the supporters list, it appears publicly on the supporters page of every Perfect Sharp game. If leagues open here, the name you choose inside a league and the name of a league you create are seen by its members. The rules for names are in the PerfectSharp+ terms: nothing offensive, abusive, hateful or that is somebody else's personal information, and no impersonation. We remove a name that breaks them once we know about it. Report one by email to hi@perfectsharp.games; we read every report.
Please don't abuse the service: no attempts to disrupt or overload it, scrape it at scale, probe it for vulnerabilities, or misrepresent your results to other players' detriment. We may suspend access that breaks these rules.
The Inductle name, game design, puzzles, and site content are owned by UNSEEN FORMS LIMITED. You are welcome to share your results and screenshots; you may not copy the game or pass it off as your own.
Inductle is provided "as is". It is an early-access game, so we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability or a puzzle every day, and we are not liable for losses arising from your use of a puzzle game beyond what the law requires. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the law of England and Wales, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
We may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be noted here with a new date above. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
